The following terms and condition are applicable to online appointment bookings, payments for services and other transactions through this Website or through its hyperlink. Hadi Clinic (HADI) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (T&Cs) at any time.

• You need to provide certain information for booking appointment, payment and other transactions. You agree that the information provided by you is complete, accurate and not misleading otherwise HADI reserves the right to cancel the appointment /transaction.

• It is mandatory to produce the original identification documents (Civil id/passport) and/or insurance card (if available) while visiting the hospital.

• Booking is only for consultation.

• The actual consultation time may vary from the booking time

• Please arrive to the clinic 15 minutes earlier to your appointment time.Unfortunately, in case of delay, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be added to the waiting queue, which is being prioritized as per the arrival time.

• Payment - we currently accept Debit-Cards, Visa and MasterCard for payment through our Online Payment Facility.HADI is not responsible for failure to process your payment transaction due to denial/rejection of your card or any other reasons. In such cases you need to contact your bank.

• SMS& E-Mail confirmation- your booking and payment confirmation will be sent via SMS and email to the mobile number and e-mail ID given by you at the time of booking. If you need printed copy of the Invoice, you have to show the SMS confirmation to customer care agents.

• Reschedule- Any changes in the appointment should be done by calling the call center at least four hours before the appointment. Rescheduling of appointment is subject to availability and online terms and conditions.

• Forfeiture of fees – Fees paid by you will be forfeited if you fail to attend the clinic as per your appointment or if you fail to reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations:

- Cancellation by the Customer - No Cancellation of consultation or other services is allowed in any circumstances.

- Cancellation by HADI- Under certain circumstances HADI may cancel or postpone, appointments or other services. In such case, HADI will attempt to contact you and refund the amount. You may book new appointment as per your convenience.

• Refunds - No refund is allowed in any circumstances unless appointment has been cancelled by HADI.

• Price Revision-You accept that if there is any revision in price/pricing error after booking your appointment but before providing the service, HADI reserves the right to charge you the revised price.

• HADI may use your information for data analysis.

• HADI may track the Internet address of the domains from which people visit us for trend analysis.

• HADI may use the Internet address to identify any fraudulent transaction

• Third party Sites & Links - Online booking, payment and any other transaction may provide links to third party sites and links. As HADI has no control over such third party sites and links, the visitor acknowledges and agrees that HADI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for-

- any loss caused by, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any content, goods or services on or available through any such site.

- non availability of such external sites or resources

- any content, advertising, products, services or materials on or available through such sites or resources.

• HADI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any loss caused by, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any content, goods or services on or available through this Website.

• HADI will take reasonable precautions to preserve the confidentiality and prevent any loss or corruption of information and data provided by you on the Website. You acknowledge that HADI is not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of any breaches in security.

• You agree that in no event HADI and its direct/indirect associates be liable to you for any and all damages because of the use of HADI website.

• You agree that you will not use the contents of this Website for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
